Description

• Your dog will be fed twice a day unless you say other wise and receive medication if needed.
• Your dog will play as much as his or her little heat desires in a fenced in yard.
• Your dog will have play time with other dogs if they are social.
• Your dog must be picked up by 12 noon on the day that they are scheduled to return home to avoid paying for an additional day of boarding.
• If the Kennel attendant is unable to be available for you to pick your dog up by 12 noon then you will not have to pay for an additional day of boarding.

Cancelation Policy

• The client has 24 hours to cancel an appointment
• If appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, payment will not be reimbursed
• If appointment is canceled within 24 hours, the cancelation fee will be 50% of the initial  payment
• If appointment is cancelled due to unforeseen causes, the client will have the option to reschedule the appointment without a cancelation fee applied
