Description

• Your dog will be fed twice a day unless you say other wise and receive medication if needed.
• Your dog will play as much as his or her little heat desires in a fenced in yard.
• Your dog will have play time with other dogs if they are social.
• Your dog must be picked up by 2 p.m. on the day that they are scheduled to return home to avoid paying for an additional day of boarding.
• If the Kennel attendant is unable to be available for you to pick your dog up by 2 p.m. then you will not have to pay for an additional day of boarding.

Cancelation Policy

• The client has 24 hours to cancel an appointment
• If appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, payment will not be reimbursed
• If appointment is canceled within 24 hours, the cancelation fee will be 50% of the initial  payment
• If appointment is cancelled due to unforeseen causes, the client will have the option to reschedule the appointment without a cancelation fee applied
